Travis is 30

Travis turned the big THREE O this year. On his actual birthday Wyatt and Emily decorated the house for him and made breakfast. That night Travis' family came over for cake and ice cream. He got some snacks, 5 foot skeleton, and monster truck toys, but his main gift is going to Harry Potter World in March. Travis is going to Florida for work and wanted to do something extra while there.

Later everyone meet up with Emily's family to celebrate Travis and Derrell's birthdays. The family ended up eating at Pizza Pie Café and going bowling.

Jamie and Ben

Jamie and Ben were married on February 6th in the Ogden Temple. Travis and Emily got to attend the sealing and lunch-in at Timber Mine. It was a little cold but great weather for a February wedding. Wyatt and Kate spent the day with grandma and grandpa Wright, then came up for the reception. The reception was beautiful and everything ran smoothly. It was a great day.

Cousin Makenna

We finally got to meet cousin Makenna. She was born February 3rd at 6 pounds 5 ounces. Kate looks like a monster next to her newborn cousin. Those two girls are 5 months apart and will be best of friends.

Family Baker

Wyatt loves to help cook. Whenever he gets the chance he will help out. His favorite thing to make right now is cookies because he gets to eat the dough and chocolate chips. This time he requested to make cookies for his new baby cousin, Makenna. Who couldn't resist that right?!

Baby Food for the 1st Time

First time eating baby food. She did a pretty good job when her brother wasn't making her laugh. Kate has always been a good eater and she hasn't rejected any food yet.

Kate 2 Months

This little girl is a social butterfly. She loves when anyone gives her attention, I mean anyone. If she catches your eye she grins from ear to ear. She loves to laugh and no one can make her laugh better than her big brother, Wyatt. She is such a great addition to the family.

Shoveling Snow

Daddy has a good little helper. Wyatt has loved using his shovel he got for Christmas.

Paul' s Birthday

For the past few year Paul takes the family bowling for his birthday. It has been a fun way to celebrate with him. No one in the family is an amazing bowler, but we have a good time together. Wyatt probably discovered a new favorite game.

Family of 4

Paul and Kerri sent out a Christmas card to their friends and family. That meant everyone needed updated family photos. These was our first photo shoot as a family of four. it turned out nicely and there was no crying.

Kate's Baby Blessing

We had the privilege to give Kate a name and a blessing! Travis gave is baby girl a beautiful blessing in his home ward. After sacrament the family was evented to the house for a waffle bar. The waffle bar was a huge hit. Kate is going to be one amazing girly!
Thanks Mindee for the adorable pictures.

Christmas 2015

Christmas time is always a busy and fun time. It was nice to have family nearby and participate in multiple celebrations. Before Christmas we attended our ward party, Kerri and Paul's Polar Express ward party ( It was pretty awesome), the Ashcroft party, and the Spackman bunch party.

Our family spent Christmas with Emily's parents. We spent the night and opened presents in the morning. It was fun to see Wyatt's excitement since he better understood present opening. It was also baby Kate's first Christmas and she got spoiled. Christmas is pretty fun with kids.

Gingerbread House

It has now become a Christmas tradition to make gingerbread houses at Emily's sisters house. This year it ended being Emily's siblings, parents, and grandma Wright. It was fun hanging out together. Wyatt had a blast playing with the dogs and eating the candy. The houses turned out great and Jarom created a pretty sweet village.

New Christmas Tree

This year Travis' parents gave us a Christmas tree for our Christmas. They gave it to us Thanksgiving day so we could enjoy our new gift. It was perfect for us because we had started buying decorations, but didn't have money to buy the tree too. It looks great in our living room with a vaulted celling. It was also the first time Wyatt was old enough to help decorate.

2015 Thanksgiving

This year we celebrated Thanksgiving with the Spackman Bunch. It was a fun week full of games, dancing, chocolate dipping, early Christmas gift, snow, cousins, and of course lots of food.
