KSL
Last weekend we were at a Emily's Aunts and Uncles house. While visiting Wyatt was having the time of his life chasing their puppy around and playing with toys they had for their grandbaby. We decide that since a dog wasn't an option we could get Wyatt one of the toys he enjoyed... We searched for a learning table and discovered they were quite expensive. Emily had the idea to check KSL for a used, cheaper options. She found the exact table a nice lady was giving away for FREE. Can't complain about that huh! Wyatt seems to enjoy it too.

Happy Easter!!!
We had a fun Easter this year. Our Favorite part was enjoying Wyatt's first Easter. We spent the day in West Valley with Emily's family. We and Emily's siblings joined her parent's ward in commemorating the true meaning of Easter. After church, we all received Easter buckets full of fun gifs and treats. Wyatt then went on an egg hunt. He didn't understand that he should look for any eggs, but he did like putting them in the bucket and dumping them out. After celebrating with Emily's parents, we spend the evening with extended family on the Wright side. There we all had an Easter egg hunt. Grandma gives money for every egg collected. With the three of us we made bank :) Wyatt also discovered he liked chasing the puppy at our party better than collecting eggs. Wyatt is getting faster, but he was no match for the speed of the dog. It was lots of fun to spend time with family.
Reading
Wyatt has a love for books. He loves sitting on our laps and listening to stories. Sometimes, he is so enthralled with your voice he will look up at you and watch you read. His absolute favorite thing to do is turn the pages for us :)

Hand, Foot, and Mouth Virus
Last weekend Wyatt had a fever and was fussy. We thought he was teething until these red spots on his hands and feet started blistering. The red spots also started going up his arms and legs. We decided to take him to the doctors before they all turned into blisters. It turns out Wyatt has Hand, Foot, and Mouth Virus. The doctors told us the only option was to ride it out. The virus is contagious so Travis took Friday off and spent the day with Wyatt.

Spring Break
Friday-
Friday was a Professional Day for the district, meaning students had the day off and teachers were still required to work. Travis took a personal day because he had no meetings and no work to do. Or at least none that he wanted to do. Emily had to get four hours in sometime throughout the day. Grandma Kerri volunteered to watch Wyatt so Travis and Emily went out on a date that morning/ early afternoon. It was a nice date doing endowments at Bountiful temple and eating at Olive Garden.
Saturday-
This was not the best day of our vacation. Travis noticed we has a purchase from our debit card that neither him or Emily made. As a family we spent the morning at the bank trying to get everything cleared up. The bank canceled all our cards and will reimburse us for the fraudulent activity. We are thinking someone may have got ahold of our card information from the Target scam because we did a lot of baby shopping there.
Saturday evening Emily was able to attend the Women's General Conference at the stake center. She really enjoyed it.
Sunday-
It was nice to have a day to relax and spend time as a family. Derek and Quinn joined our family for dinner and games since Paul and Kerri were out of town.
Monday-
Much of the day Monday was also spent relaxing. We watched Harry Potter and got a couple little things done around the house. Emily's mother and grandparent stopped by for lunch and a visit. It was the first time her grandparents have seen the house since we moved in. In the evening, Travis refereed a soccer game. Soccer season started last week and so far he has been reffing three nights a week. It is nice to have a little extra income, plus it is fun for Travis to run around a little. However, the games Monday night were cold.
Tuesday-
Travis spent the morning going to three different car places to figure out why the check engine light was on in the new Camry. The problem had to do with the purge solenoid or something like that. Neither of us are very competent when it comes to cars and repairs. In the end they couldn't correctly pinpoint the problem, so we will be taking it back to the dealership to see if they can figure it out. On a happy note it snowed, meaning soccer games were canceled and Travis was able to enjoy his last evening of spring break with his wife and baby just hanging.
