Spring Break

Friday-
Friday was a Professional Day for the district, meaning students had the day off and teachers were still required to work. Travis took a personal day because he had no meetings and no work to do. Or at least none that he wanted to do. Emily had to get four hours in sometime throughout the day. Grandma Kerri volunteered to watch Wyatt so Travis and Emily went out on a date that morning/ early afternoon. It was a nice date doing endowments at Bountiful temple and eating at Olive Garden.

Saturday-
This was not the best day of our vacation. Travis noticed we has a purchase from our debit card that neither him or Emily made. As a family we spent the morning at the bank trying to get everything cleared up. The bank canceled all our cards and will reimburse us for the fraudulent activity. We are thinking someone may have got ahold of our card information from the Target scam because we did a lot of baby shopping there.
Saturday evening Emily was able to attend the Women's General Conference at the stake center. She really enjoyed it.

Sunday-
It was nice to have a day to relax and spend time as a family. Derek and Quinn joined our family for dinner and games since Paul and Kerri were out of town.

Monday-
Much of the day Monday was also spent relaxing. We watched Harry Potter and got a couple little things done around the house. Emily's mother and grandparent stopped by for lunch and a visit. It was the first time her grandparents have seen the house since we moved in. In the evening, Travis refereed a soccer game. Soccer season started last week and so far he has been reffing three nights a week. It is nice to have a little extra income, plus it is fun for Travis to run around a little. However, the games Monday night were cold.

Tuesday-
Travis spent the morning going to three different car places to figure out why the check engine light was on in the new Camry. The problem had to do with the purge solenoid or something like that. Neither of us are very competent when it comes to cars and repairs. In the end they couldn't correctly pinpoint the problem, so we will be taking it back to the dealership to see if they can figure it out. On a happy note it snowed, meaning soccer games were canceled and Travis was able to enjoy his last evening of spring break with his wife and baby just hanging.
