On Friday, the weather was too cold to go on the lake so we stayed in Logan. While there we walked around USU campus visiting our old haunts and exploring the new builds. We also got some USU apparel for Wyatt. We sampled cheese and milk at Gossners which has always been a fun activity for us. For lunch we stopped at Fredrico's Pizza.
Later that afternoon we drove to Bear Lake and of course stopped for a raspberry shake. After that we checked into our room, then headed to Pickleville Playhouse to get dinner and see a show. Dinner was delicious and the show was fabulous. There was a lot of audience interaction and humor. The singing and dancing was also great.The next day we just hung out in the morning, then went hiking to the wind caves. Turns out we are not in as great of shape as we used to be, but we still made it. Travis had a rather ferocious brown garden snake cross his path at one point on the hike, eliciting a girly scream from him. Luckily he is still alive after his encounter.
